Change Management Consultant

Now that we’ve introduced ourselves, we’d like to meet a Change Management Consultant (freelance) at our Rome office.
Responsibilities will include:

Engaging and recruiting key stakeholders, defining user groups, and setting up the Core Team.

Mapping organizational scenarios and identifying user needs to drive change.

Defining project success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
-
Selecting and appointing Change Ambassadors and facilitating training (both soft and hard skills).

Analyzing the target population, ensuring their active involvement in the process.

Planning priority intervention scenarios and defining KPIs and adoption metrics.

Drafting, preparing, and activating the Change Management Plan, ensuring systematic feedback collection.

Monitoring and measuring the adoption level of implemented solutions.

Reviewing the Change Management Plan based on feedback and ensuring ongoing user support.

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and the empowerment of Ambassadors.
Our ideal candidates will have:

A degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Good written and spoken English
Preferred requirements:
-
At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach/Change Management Consultant
-
In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Experience using major management and monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, MS Azure DevOps, etc.)

Experience facilitating complex groups on management and organizational planning topics

Strong interpersonal skills with references from middle and top management
