We would love to meet a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Project Manager based in Rome or Milan, with a hybrid work approach.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and manage implementation projects related to Dynamics 365 CE solutions for our national and international mid-to-large-scale clients.
  • Monitor project progress in terms of budget, quality, and deadlines using dedicated IT tools.
  • Manage project teams composed of qualified Business Consultants and Technical Consultants.
  • Participate in Dynamics 365 CE solution demos for clients.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to create integrated solutions.

 

Our ideal candidate:

 

We are looking for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as flexibility, autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and empathy.

Additionally, candidates should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics CRM - Dynamics 365 CE).
  • Excellent knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • CRM Certifications (Microsoft).
  • Project Management certifications.
  • Degree in Management Engineering or similar fields.
