AGIC promotes a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency, fairness, and responsibility in the conduct of its activities. AGIC has voluntarily decided to adopt and implement its own Anti-Bribery Management System.
AGIC Anti-Bribery Policy
AGIC Technology (hereinafter also referred to as “AGIC”) promotes a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency, fairness, and responsibility in the conduct of its business activities.
AGIC considers it a priority to foster a corporate culture inspired by the values of sound and transparent governance and is fully aware that corruption represents an obstacle to economic, political, and social development, as well as a serious distortion of the rules, fairness, and transparency of markets.
In line with the principles set out in the Code of Ethics and in the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, AGIC has voluntarily decided to adopt and implement its own Anti-Bribery Management System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 37001:2025, as an effective safeguard in the fight against corruption, as well as a tool for the continuous improvement of its activities and processes.
The Anti-Corruption Prevention System is integrated into the Management System in accordance with the following ISO standards under which the company is certified: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, PdR 125:2022, PAS 24000:2022, IEC 27701:2019, IEC 27002.
The behaviors and daily activities of all individuals are guided by these governance safeguards, with the strategic objective of preventing and combating the emergence of any form of corruption, also in line with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria and sustainable development goals.
Scope and Addressees
This Anti-Corruption Prevention Policy applies to all members of the corporate bodies, employees, collaborators, as well as all third parties who, in any capacity, act on behalf of AGIC or maintain professional, commercial, or business relationships with the Company (including, by way of example, suppliers, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders).
All Addressees are required to be aware of, understand, and comply with the principles and provisions set out in this Policy, and to adopt behaviors consistent with the values of integrity, legality, transparency, and fairness that inspire the Organization.
Compliance with this Policy constitutes an integral part of the Addressees’ contractual and professional obligations and represents an essential prerequisite for the prevention of and fight against any form of corruption.
AGIC ensures the communication, dissemination, and accessibility of this Policy to all Addressees through appropriate internal and external channels, promoting awareness and effective implementation also through information and training initiatives, in line with the Anti-Corruption Management System adopted.
